13 Sep Flagship DBL Programme Begins Again!

The 5th Developing Business Leaders Programme launches again, this time in Yorkshire in January 2019. The journey begins for another group who have strategic influence over their business, or their part of it. It will challenge them individually to think about how they can influence success of their role, and their business, in a very practical way.

Starting with a focus on developing a clear personal and business vision, the first part then explores how their personal leadership will influence achieving it. This highly stimulating programme blends training modules with one to one coaching sessions back at work, and learning through exercises and reviews, and structured, personal feedback.

The course progresses on to explore marketing from a strategic perspective, and then considers what the participants can do to ensure their business functions in the most efficient way. The focus then moves to looking at the how they can influence the effectiveness of their people and lastly, in 18 months, what they can do to ensure they are making financial sound decisions.
